Job Description

Summary:
This role focuses on maximizing sales by building strong relationships with architecture and design firms while actively pursuing new opportunities. The position involves presenting products to architects designers contractors and facility end users with a focus on the healthcare and spaces markets across Eastern Ohio West Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and ensure market penetration with existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers.
  • Specify product lines in the healthcare and spaces markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architecture and design firms gaining recognition as an industry resource and product expert.
  • Conduct appointments and presentations with architects interior designers contractors and facility end users.
  • Understand and navigate the construction and bidding process effectively.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 57 years of outside sales experience preferably in construction or building products.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent presentation and computer skills.
  • Selfstarter with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly
