Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in Medan Sumatra Utara Indonesia. In this vital role you will provide exceptional patient care ensuring their comfort safety and wellbeing throughout their treatment journey.
- Assess and monitor patients conditions administer medications and perform medical procedures as directed by physicians
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including wound dressing IV administration and other treatments
- Educate patients and their families on posttreatment care medication instructions and followup procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting all assessments treatments and observations
- Collaborate with physicians other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Respond promptly to patient needs addressing concerns and ensuring their comfort and safety
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and techniques
- Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and regulations to maintain the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current nursing license in Indonesia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in patient care assessment and medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Indonesian language (verbal and written)
- Compassion empathy and a genuine desire to provide highquality patient care
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and practices in Medan Sumatra Utara Indonesia
