Job Description
Preparing facilities to ensure smooth service delivery and facilitate patients/families in receiving services by: arranging room security and comfort checking and ensuring all necessary equipment functions properly and ensuring medicines and other required medical equipment are available and ready for use.
Providing nursing care using nursing practice standards: Performing emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patients primary health issues. Observing and monitoring the patients health condition (general status: physical psychological vital signs and main complaints) during and immediately after the procedure.
Assisting patients before and during procedures by doctors including: preparing patients physically and psychologically calming patients arranging patient positions and ensuring patient and family comfort and security during the procedure.
Preparing patients postprocedure including administrative needs such as: home care instructions medical certificates referral letters if necessary and prescriptions for home use. Providing health education to patients/families as needed.
Implementing and maintaining nursing care recording and reporting systems to ensure accurate information and communication systems.
Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services including training to support the achievement of hospitalwide indicators and department/unit goals.
Qualifications :
- Pendidikan minimal Profesi Ners
- Memiliki STR Aktif
