REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of handson experience with Adobe RealTime CDP
- Strong understanding of customer data management data modeling and data governance principles
- Experience with data integration APIs and cloudbased architectures
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining largescale Adobe projects
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with crossfunctional teams
- Adobe Certified Expert in RealTime CDP is a plus
- Migration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8 will be added advantage
- Implement IP warming strategies to ensure optimal email deliverability and reduce spam filters will be added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute complex data integration solutions between Adobe RTCDP and other systems.
- Create and manage schemas segments and data sources within Adobe RTCDP.
- Create and configure XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas datasets and identities to enable consistent data management across channels
- Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize Query Service in CDP to create custom queries aggregate data and generate insights
- Configure new data sources such as CRM ERP or social media platforms to ingest into CDP
- Set up new destinations in CDP such as Adobe Campaign Classic
- Design implement and maintain Adobe RealTime CDP including data ingestion profiling and segmentation and technical enhancements
- Develop and maintain data models schemas to support customer data management and analysis
- Experience with data integration APIs and cloudbased architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and implement new features and functionalities
- Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and resolve technical problems in Adobe CDP
- Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements (Data Governance)
- Stay uptodate with Adobe product roadmaps releases and best practices applying knowledge to continuously improve the Adobe stack
- Mentor junior team members providing guidance and training on Adobe CDP
- Utilize Query Service in CDP to create custom queries aggregate data and generate insights
- Configure new data sources such as CRM ERP or social media platforms to ingest into CDP
- Set up new destinations in CDP such as Adobe Campaign Classic
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
