REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience : 11 Years
- Minimum 810 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance with sound knowledge of the endtoend pharmacovigilance value chain.
- Proven ability to generate automation ideas and use cases within the pharmacovigilance value chain (e.g. ICSR Aggregate Reporting Signal Management) using niche technologies.
- Business Analyst experience (minimum 2 years preferred) with a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance safety databases.
- Handson experience with Agile frameworks including tools like JIRA story grooming and backlog creation (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datafocused approach.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and creating detailed concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Proactive organizational and timemanagement skills ensuring efficient project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a Pharmacovigilance Expert providing domain expertise and innovation to build the practice.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to align business requirements with technical deliverables for successful project execution.
- Develop and document functional specifications based on an analysis of business needs objectives and challenges.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the pharmacovigilance value chain.
- (Optional) Serve as a Business Analyst leveraging deep expertise in pharmacovigilance safety databases.
- Work within an Agile framework utilizing tools like JIRA to support story grooming backlog creation and functional expertise for technical teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices incorporating them into project workflows.
- Solve complex technical challenges efficiently ensuring the stability and performance of deliverables.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
