Job Description
Were looking for a parttime Sales Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane CBD. This role works closely with the Industries team and key stakeholders providing highlevel sales support and driving successful sales processes and initiatives.
We offer flexible hours to accommodate your commitments whether its university classes or other personal schedules.
Responsibilities includes but are not limited too:
- Work within Business Development and Technical teams to provide exceptional administrative support.
- Update and maintain SalesForce records.
- Maintain contracts register.
- Respond to web leads and gather essential information to help the business unit decide whether to proceed or decline the opportunity.
- Assist with internal sales reporting requirements (monthly highlights collating stations PowerPoint presentations etc.).
- Assist with internal sales processes and workflows.
- Streamlining and documenting standardised processes for sales team.
- Timely data analysis and insights to optimise individual and team sales pipeline performance.
- Driving swift and appropriate attention to opportunities and leads communication of wins losses and lessons learnt.
- Optimising and streamlining other sales tracking tools.
- Providing ongoing sales support and training around tools and processes to ensure all team members are 100% complying with requirements.
- Planning prioritisation and management of workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications :
- Strong documentation report writing and presentation skills
- Minimum intermediate MS Word Excel PowerPoint and PowerBI skills.
- Previous experience with sales tracking software is highly desirable but not essential
