Comex 2000 a leader in telecommunications is seeking a dynamic Systems Trainer to join our IT & Systems team in Wednesbury. This role offers exciting opportunities for national travel allowing you to connect with teams across the UK.
- Develop and Deliver: Create engaging training materials for our bespoke systems such as Depotnet. Deliver inperson and remote sessions to diverse audiences.
- Content Creation: Design innovative training content from videos to interactive elearning modules.
- Systems Support: Provide essential training on data protection cybersecurity and office applications as well as our inhouse systems.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with IT and operational teams to stay updated on system changes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide ongoing support.
- Travel: Embark on frequent UKwide journeys to deliver consistent highquality training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT training ideally with fieldbased workflow systems.
- A knack for explaining complex topics in simple terms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and attentiontodetail abilities.
- A willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in data protection cybersecurity and office application training (preferred).
