Were looking for a passionate and dedicated fully qualified and insured fitness trainer to join our private gym in North London. The ideal candidate will be professional knowledgeable and committed to delivering highquality training experiences.
Key Requirements:
Fully Qualified & Insured Must hold relevant fitness certifications and professional insurance.
First Aid Training (Preferred) A plus if youre firstaid certified.
Professionalism & Punctuality Show up on time wellprepared and maintain a high standard of conduct.
Presentable & Hygienic Wellgroomed freshsmelling clean hands and professional attire.
Respectful Communication Patience and a calm clear way of explaining techniques and concepts.
Strong Boundaries Keep conversations focused on the clients goals and fitness journey.
Confidentiality & Discretion Maintain professionalism and protect client privacy.
Continuous Learning Stay updated with the latest training techniques and research to provide the best service possible.
Preparation & Cleanliness Come ready for each session and ensure the gym remains hygienic and organized.
Lead by Example Demonstrate proper form and give detailed practical explanations.
