Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal
team addressing inquiries concerns and requests in a timely manner.
• Client Onboarding: Conduct thorough briefings with new clients to understand their
needs goals and vision for projects ensuring a smooth transition into project
development.
• Strategic Consultation: Offer insights and recommendations on environmental graphic
solutions helping clients visualize concepts and make informed decisions.
Project Management:
• EndtoEnd Oversight: Manage all phases of project delivery from initial concept
development through to final execution ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with design teams external vendors and
contractors to allocate resources effectively and streamline workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of project progress ensuring that
deliverables meet established quality standards and align with client expectations.
Strategic Development:
• Proposal and Brief Development: Create detailed project proposals and briefs that
clearly outline scope objectives timelines and budgets for client approval.
• Needs Analysis: Regularly assess client needs and market trends to identify opportunities
for additional services or enhancements to existing projects
