Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring Speech & Language Therapist for a Community Based Organization located in Dublin Ireland.
37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Employing evidencebased therapeutic practices to provide clients with oneonone and group therapy sessions.
- Working together to provide unified and comprehensive care with families carers and other medical experts.
- Establish clinical leadership in the daytoday management of the service by assisting and monitoring employees assigning and prioritizing tasks and encouraging a pleasant work environment.
- Oversee take part in and contribute significantly to the practice education of student therapists. As needed encourage and take part in the instruction training assistance and supervision of others.
- Enhance the function of the Senior SLP and the service for example by doing research planning audits creating standards and providing ongoing education and quality improvement programmes.
- Make sure that best practices are followed and that efficient procedures are followed.
- Take part in the ordering and management of medical supplies.
Requirements
- Clinical Speech and Language Studies B.Sc. CORU Registered.
- Candidates whose degrees were earned outside of Ireland need to have the Department of Health and Children verify them.
- This position requires a valid drivers license and access to your vehicle.
- It is quite desirable to have experience with intellectual disabilities.
