Person should be available to work in person from New Jersey US
Lead Consultant Snowflake Developer with PL/SQL Python AWS (S3 Lambda)
In this role you would be part of the data integrity/analysis team in the Banking and financial domain. You will be responsible to independently build data analysis around complex business problems from data available in the client owned or accessible systems. For these tasks you would be encouraged to understand the business ask/problem assess the scope quantity and quality of the available data prepare and build the Data pipeline and loading data in to DWH and Data Mart for downstream consumption team.
Responsibilities
Snowflake DB Developer with experience in PL/SQL and Python with ETL concepts.
6 years of relevant experience and skilled in Snowflake DB Oracle Database with hands on exposure to Cloud environment preferably AWS (S3 Lambda)
Experience in Snow SQL Snow Pipes Streams Views Procedures performance tuning.
Exposure to data movement between Snowflake to other RDBMS and vice versa
Experienced in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting
Good to have experience in orchestration using Airflow.
Good to have python experience with handson experience on pandas snowpark data crunching connecting other RDBMS.
Very good SQL expertise in Joins Analytical functions.
Person shall able to understand Unix shell script if needed to rewrite in python
Person should be aware of using python pandas connecting with oracle/snowflake and apply ETL techniques using python
Good Cloud knowledge on AWS services like S3 Lambda Athena
Team player collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
Candidate should be good in communication and articulation
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate/B Tech/MCA
Knowledge/exp. of Banking or Capital Markets is an added advantage for this position
Preferred qualifications
Snowflake DB Developer with extensive experience in PL/SQL and Python.
6 years of relevant experience and skilled in Snowflake DB Oracle SQL with hands on exposure to Cloud environment preferably AWS
Experience in Snow SQL Snow Pipes Streams
Exposure to data movement between Snowflake to other RDBMS and vice versa
Exposure to orchestration using Airflow.
Good to have experience in Python programming for ETL.
Experienced in SQL performance tuning analytical functions joins and troubleshooting
