Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EIM strategies policies and procedures to ensure data quality and governance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define data requirements and establish data standards.
Design and maintain data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Monitor and analyze data quality metrics identifying and resolving data issues.
Lead data governance initiatives including data stewardship and data lifecycle management.
Provide guidance and support to business units on data management best practices.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of data management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in EIM and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
7 years of experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) or a related role.
Strong understanding of data management principles including data quality governance and integration.
Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e.g. ETL data warehousing data lakes).
Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
