About the Role:

A leading global luxury brand is looking for a CRM Manager - Automations to lead the development and execution of sophisticated automated campaigns across key international markets, including the US, Canada, and Australia. This role is all about optimizing and personalizing customer experiences through innovative automation strategies, without the day-to-day focus on regular email sends.
As the CRM Manager - Automations, you will be responsible for crafting and leading end-to-end automated journeys that drive meaningful customer interactions. You'll work closely with the print team in the UK, liaising to ensure the integrated strategy across both digital and print channels. Managing a small but impactful team of 2-3 professionals, this role offers significant leadership opportunities while contributing to the broader strategic direction of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of automated customer journeys across email, SMS, and other relevant channels for the US, Canada, and Australia markets.
- Own the end-to-end process for creating, optimizing, and scaling automation strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the print team in the UK to ensure seamless integration and alignment of strategies across digital and print channels.
- Manage a small team of 2-3 CRM professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement testing strategies (A/B testing, multivariate tests) to refine automated journeys and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to segment audiences, personalize communication, and drive automation effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and creative teams to ensure that automated journeys align with overall business goals and customer experience strategies.
- Report on automation performance, deriving practical insights and recommending adjustments for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automation technologies, customer behavior, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM automation, including building customer journeys and leveraging marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.).
- Experience in managing and leading a team, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
- Knowledge of global CRM strategies, particularly in markets such as the US, Canada, and Australia.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with print or integrated digital-physical customer journeys is a plus.
- A background in luxury retail or fashion is highly desirable.
- Conscientious with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
