Role & responsibilities
Support develop review and maintain companys ISO management system by implementing the relevant ISO standards and ensuring continued compliance with these by all concerned to maintain the certification
Job Description :
Ensure Quality Management System processes are established implemented and maintained for the projects
Report to top management on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed as per agreed periodicity
Appoint and handle QMS consultants to ensure organisation has the necessary guidance and expertise for getting & maintaining the certifications
Ensure that everyone in the organisation is aware of QMS requirements and play an active role in QMS compliance in critical business operations
Perform internal quality audits and assist with external audits for maintenance & re certification of the QMS certification
Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of QMS and advise management of suitable next steps to ensure organisation adopts & maintains best in class QMS practices
Preferred candidate profile
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the real estate sector particularly with highrise towers.
Expertise in ISO certification and implementation processes.
Strong knowledge of concrete technology.
Indepth understanding of core construction finishing interiors and highend finishing activities.
Proficient in ensuring the seamless handover of completed real estate projects.
