Job Description
My Client a industry leading 52yearold manufacturing business is seeking several experienced CNC Bending Operator / Programmers to join their dynamic team.
The sucesful candidates must be able to Operate & Program
- Bistronic and / or DURMA and /or LVD CNC Bending Machines
- And be familiar with Siemens Controls on bending machines
- Must have at least between 15 years experience operating & programming CNC bending machines
- Must live near to Johannesburg South (Amalgam)
- Must be able to work rotational 3 shift (8hrs per shift) working hours

- Night Shift Transport is provided to certain areas and deductrd weekly

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain bending machines to shape metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Set up and adjust machine settings for different materials and bending requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bending equipment.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience as a bending operator or in a similar metal fabrication role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining bending machines.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and mechanical aptitude
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric or Similar Technical N3 / N4
- A Diploma / Certificate will be an advantage
