Sales Specialist Digital Air Cargo Booking Platform

Locations: Chicago IL / Los Angeles CA / New York New York
Compensation: $80K base Incentive Bonus (10% of sales contribution) Medical Vision Dental and Uncapped Commissions
Work Environment: Remote Field Sales

What will you do

  • Drive new customer acquisition Focus on IATA IAC (NonIATA) and NonIAC forwarders in major U.S. cities including New York Chicago Atlanta Houston and Los Angeles.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline Conduct highvolume outreach cold calls and close deals.
  • Expand your network Attend industry events meet prospects and grow your book of business.
  • Maintain customer relationships Ensure a seamless sales experience through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with teams Work closely with sales and operations to meet revenue goals.

What will you need

  • 46 years of air cargo sales experience with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Industry knowledge Familiarity with IATA IAC and NonIAC forwarders in the U.S. market.
  • Selfmotivated approach Ability to work independently in a remote and field sales environment.
  • Strong sales drive Comfortable with highvolume outreach and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to engage and retain customers.
  • Existing book of business is a plus but not required.
