Our General Graduates come from a wide range of degree backgrounds bringing diverse skills and expertise to our business. As a Graduate in the General stream youll have the chance to gain experience across various business areas including Customer Operations Fleet Network Strategy Commercial and more.
You could play a key role in initiatives ranging from shaping our Climate Action Plan and driving a sustainable future to contributing to the design of exceptional passenger experiences on our new nonstop flights from Australia to destinations worldwide. This opportunity will allow you to expand your expertise while building a valuable professional network that will accelerate your journey towards becoming a future leader at Qantas.

To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort you must
- Be in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years
- Maintained a credit average or above
- Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026
- Be a Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application
