Application Expert - Last Mile

WHAT YOULL DO

As an Application Expert within last mile maintenance you will

• Lead and manage ITILbased service management processes including incident problem change and release management.
• Translate business requirements and needs into actionable technical specifications for SaaS vendors.
• Coordinate and system test SaaS solutions and surrounding systems.
• Work on improvement projects in cooperation with the Transport B2C product team
• Work closely with our SaaS last mile partners to seamlessly integrate them with H&M ecosystem
• Drive engagement with both external and internal stakeholders across global locations.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager and other crossfunctional teams share best practices and discuss and motivate design solutions.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

The Transport B2C (BusinesstoConsumer) product team work globally with last mile transportation. We utilize multiple Multi Carrier Parcel Management Systems (MCPMS) along with inhouse solutions to connect H&M and our customers with mile carriers across the globe.

You will work alongside Product Manager Service Owner Business Expert and Application Experts in the team.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

• 47 years of experience working with SaaS carrier broker system
• Strong experience from stakeholder management & coordination
• Experience from working with SaaS carrier broker system
• Experience working with ecom and last mile transportation
• Good to have experience with Transport Management System (TMS)
• Understanding of Azure cloud platform
