Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization. They develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs to ensure effective employee management and to support the achievement of organizational goals. The HR Manager handles recruitment performance management employee relations training and development compensation and benefits and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs in alignment with the organizations goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding.
Oversee performance management including goal setting performance appraisals and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs including salary structures incentives and employee benefits.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR systems.
Support and advise managers and employees in HRrelated matters.
Stay informed about HR trends best practices and changes in employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field.
Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
Indepth knowledge of HR principles employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Proficient in using HR systems and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in HRrelated tasks.
Professional certification in HR management (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is desirable.
