Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including receiving storage order picking and shipping.
Ensure accurate and timely inventory management conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Supervise and train warehouse staff assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment enforcing health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement warehouse procedures and standard operating processes.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance and key metrics highlighting areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management and logistics.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
