Job Description
- Assist with product loading and unloading tasks that include scanning, tracking and labeling
- Administer receiving goods, ensuring contents match manifest documents with out any discrepancies, damages or missing items
- Arrange products through stacking, moving, and placing them accurately in the appropriate designated areas
- Handle periodic warehouse stock counts
- Plan reporting, monitoring, analysis, executing of warehouse and logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in alignment with its Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Adhere to health, safety rules whilst maintaining 5S standards (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations are in place
- Coordinate with Customer Service Department by following up on product availability, orders dispatch timeline and order forecast
- Facilitate with planning and organizing customer order deliveries to Jotun customers
