Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Woolwich to assist with the appointment of a New Roads and Street Works officer on a 6month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 18.49 23.28 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Collate and provide statistical information for the division and group financial and work progress for the Council or performance indicators.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners e.g. Corporate Finance Transport for London and Utility Companies.
- Operate and maintain manual and computerised systems including ETON and electronic monitoring systems for NRSWA to enable Council to fulfil its coordinating role and maintain all records accurately including any audit information.
- Develop and programme spread sheet analysis of financial/budgetary information relevant to the Network Management teams work.
- Support the Streetworks Coordinator(s) and the NRSWA Assistant in developing new procedures and / or the use of electronic data with a view to making the information management systems more efficient.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
