Job Title: Real Estate Investment Associate (Senior Housing)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates with access to U.S. travel)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD (Final salary based on experience and qualifications plus potential for performancebased bonuses)

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinker to join the investment team as a Real Estate Investment Associate (Senior Housing). Reporting to the CIO you will work closely with executives on asset management investor relations FP&A and corporate strategy. A key part of the role involves conducting detailed financial modeling in Excel and working on strategic growth initiatives. Strong real estate finance skills are essential but no direct senior housing experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management & Investor Relations:

• Support internal portfoliowide reporting KPIs monitoring and assist in external investor calls.
• Participate in quarterly investment valuation reporting assist in capital distributions and capital calls.

Investment Analyses:

• Support acquisitions and development projects with financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Manage incoming deal flow and assess the fundamentals of new opportunities.
• Conduct indepth financial modeling (IRRs waterfalls scenario planning) to evaluate acquisitions expansions and developments.
• The financial models you create will directly drive strategic decisions and investment strategies.

Due Diligence & Closing Logistics:

• Coordinate due diligence review reports and assist with closing processes.

Corporate Strategy:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for growth and optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

MustHaves:

• 25 years of real estate finance underwriting IB PE or consulting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling IRRs waterfalls).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment in ambiguous situations and adaptability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelors degree in finance real estate economics or a related field.

NicetoHaves:

• Previous IB/PE experience.
• Experience in operational real estate (hospitality etc.).
• Familiarity with AI and other new technologies in real estate.
