Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative for Real Estate
Location: Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview
:

The Business Development Representative for Real Estate is responsible for handling and organizing inbound leads ensuring they are in the correct followup stages and regularly reengaging unresponsive leads. This role requires a detailoriented communicator who can manage a high volume of leads effectively using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Organize and update leads in the CRM (Salesforce) ensuring proper categorization and followup stages.
  • FollowUp Outreach: Reengage leads via phone calls text messages and emails to maintain interest and nurture opportunities.
  • Data Entry & CRM Maintenance: Perform accurate data entry update contact details and maintain detailed records in the system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and handed off when ready.
  • Process Optimization: Assist in refining followup processes to improve engagement and conversion rates.


Qualifications
:

Required:

  • Experience in phone sales (cold and warm leads) with minimal accent.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of leads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Gmail Google Sheets and HelloSign.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow up on leads efficiently.
  • General knowledge of real estate (experience in real estate sales is a plus).


Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience in lead management or a similar role.
  • Candidates from Latin America comfortable working in EST hours.
