Executive Director Skincare & Contouring will lead Skincare and Contouring team in achieving its strategic objectives and financial performance be responsible for developing and executing SkinMedica and CoolSculpting sales/marketing/consumer training strategy driving sales growth and ensuring the overall success of SkinMedica and CoolSculpting.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the companys strategic goals and objectives
- Develop and implement SkinMedica and Coolsculpting strategic plan to achieve growth targets increase market share and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage the brands financial performance including budgeting forecasting and P&L management.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by analyzing market trends identifying opportunities and creating effective marketing and sales strategies
- Build and manage a team of professionals including marketing sales training. Develop and lead a highperforming team providing coaching mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the brands marketing and advertising activities including social media influencer marketing and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders including physicians medical institutions online/offline distributors and other business partners
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and drive growth.
- Oversee the product registration process and ensure new products are launched on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field MBA preferred.
- 10 years of leadership experience in the skincare and medical aesthetics industry with a proven track record of success in brand management and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of skincare and aesthetics industry trends customer needs and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
