About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a dynamic and passionate professional dedicated to guiding students in their educational and career journeys. You will be responsible for developing and leading comprehensive university and careers counselling programs ensuring that every student is wellprepared for life beyond school.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the university and careers counselling team.
Develop and implement innovative counselling programs.
Provide personalized guidance to students and families.
Foster relationships with universities and industry professionals globally.
Ensure students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their future endeavours.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant qualification in university & careers counselling with at least 5 years experience in a secondary school setting.
Expertise in international university admissions processes including US UK European Singapore Hong Kong Canadian and Australian systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Classroom and curriculum development experience to lead robust university and career programming.
Experience with university admissions testing for US and UK admissions including serving as test site supervisor for ACT/SAT.
