Job Description
Managing Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm in Santa Monica that focuses on Real Estate Personal Injury and Employment Litigation. We are seeking a Senior Managing Attorney. We are not a highvolume firm nor do we aim to operate in that capacity. Our ideal candidate understands every step of a case from start to finish and can manage and grow the firm at a steady yet progressive pace ensuring things are done correctly the first time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee litigation strategy and case management from inception to resolution.
- Mentor and supervise attorneys and legal staff.
- Handle highvalue and complex cases including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
- Develop and implement firmwide best practices to drive results.
- Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of plaintiff litigation experience including trial experience.
- Strong leadership strategic thinking and case management skills.
- Passion for advocating for plaintiffs and achieving top results.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highstakes environment.
- Admitted to practice law in CA and in good standing.
COMPENSATION &BENEFITS:
- Salary Compensation:$180000 $210000
