Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with extensive experience in Microsofts Power Platform specifically in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The ideal candidate will excel in customization configuration and development while effectively collaborating with business units to deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Customer Service module.
- Proficient in customization and implementation of Forms Views PlugIns Workflows and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
- Development of web components using .NET SQL Azure and C#.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Dynamics 365 issues ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Experience with Power Platform solutions including PowerApps Power Automate and Dataverse.
