Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Cleaner to join our team in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in a busy facility ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle various cleaning tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean dust vacuum mop and remove trash from offices and communal areas.
- Maintain breakroom areas and conference rooms.
- Operate cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Handle and mix cleaning chemicals safely.
- Ensure adherence to standard cleaning methods and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience cleaning large facilities (2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and cleaning equipment (1 year required).
- Attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
