- Feeder Load Management Balancing feeder loads and maintaining infrastructure health.
- Switching Coordination Scheduling and executing switching activities with internal/external customers.
- Power Distribution Operations Working closely with dispatchers and restoration teams.

- Safety & OSHA Compliance Ensuring adherence to industry safety regulations.
- Project & Process Management Managing workload balance and restoration performance.
- Leadership & Coaching Mentoring bargaining unit employees on performance improvements.
- Storm Duty & Extended Hours Readiness Availability for emergency power restoration.
