We are hiring a Project Manager Building & Critical Infrastructure (M/F) for a renowned Swiss organization based in Geneva.
Tasks
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects to meet the satisfaction of the Project Owner and customers adhering to the
agreedupon constraints and following the company project
management framework and guidance. - Collaborate with the Project Owner to establish an agreed initial
project scope and objectives at the commencement of the assignment. - Oversee the daytoday management of assigned project(s) in
terms of scope budget planning quality and risk and issues. - Foster close collaboration with the maintenance team on site to
ensure seamless project execution. - Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers Change Owner Steering Committee and other stakeholders.
- Communicate with stakeholders in a timely and appropriate
manner to keep them informed of project progress. - Manage the quality safety and security aspects of the projects
activities and deliverables in accordance with applicable regulations and company directives. - Effectively manage relationships with external suppliers involved in the project.
- Preparing for formal gate reviews including ensuring the completeness quality and timely submission of all required information
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience as a Project Manager in similar function (buildings and infrastructure) with specialities in construction management and industry transformation
- Swiss work experience required
- A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects of increasing complexity and crossing more than one domain or department.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication ability on all hierarchical levels and with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level of
- Professional experience in a science engineering or technical
oriented discipline. - Professional project management certification IPMA level C or PMI PMP or equivalent level of professional experience in the project management discipline.
- Postgraduate studies in facility management or building automation/security systems.
- Professional project management certification.
