Job Description
The Company
Our client is the leading account abstraction provider on Ethereum and the EVM offering the most secure smart wallet infrastructure and platform. Their mission is to drive the adoption of smart accounts.
Location
The position is hybrid in Zug or Zurich Switzerland.
The Role
The role involves contract management legal operations and providing legal guidance to the Foundation Council. Additionally you will advise on compliance matters develop compliance strategies for funding programs and help implement compliance processes between the Foundation and DAO DAO. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate initiatives and shape compliance frameworks within the ecosystem.

What Youll Do
- Manage all legal operations within the Foundations legal department ensuring smooth administrative and compliance workflows
- Oversee KYC/KYB processes for programs and funding activities of the Foundation and DAO
- Liaise and coordinate with external advisors and assist in preparing necessary documentation for regulatory reporting (e.g. ESA Reporting)
- Develop and implement compliance strategies including policies and processes for the Foundation
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks particularly in areas like sanctions and embargo laws
- Provide compliance advisory services to the Management/Foundation Council and support strategic developments
- Educate and train employees on compliance topics and ensure policies and guidelines remain up to date
- Support the legal team in drafting reviewing and negotiating agreements and internal regulations
- Engage with foreign regulators external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters
- Lead legal and regulatory projects to support strategic initiatives in a fastmoving environment
What You Bring to the Table
- An outstanding Swiss legal degree MUST
- Minimum 34 years of proven experience either as a lawyer in the financial services industry or as an inhouse counsel / compliance officer in Swiss regulated entities
- Keen interest and understanding of cryptocurrency blockchain technology and digital assets
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to lead contract discussions and engage directly with senior counsels
- Analytical and strategic thinker capable of providing clear wellfounded guidance based on independent assessments
- Problemsolving mindset with the flexibility to develop pragmatic solutions that support innovative products and business models
- Resultsdriven and proactive able to work independently while delivering practical businessoriented solutions
- Full professional proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and resilient comfortable navigating a fastpaced environment handling ambiguity and making decisive recommendations
- Collaborative team player experienced in working with international and crossfunctional teams
- Located in Zug or nearby
