Tasks
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients by providing detailed information about our courier services scheduling deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate and confirm pickup and delivery schedules ensuring timely service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions documenting details of inquiries and actions taken.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members or management to ensure swift resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
- Familiarity with chat software and CRM systems along with basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
