Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Business Analyst with experience in the mobility and airline industries. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and drive improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience. Your expertise in both mobility and airline domains will be critical in delivering solutions that align with our business objectives and ensure seamless integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements specific to the mobility and airline sectors.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis identifying inefficiencies opportunities for improvement and delivering actionable insights.
- Facilitate requirements workshops ensuring clear communication between business teams technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs) functional specifications use cases and process flow diagrams.
- Support the design and development of technology solutions ensuring they meet the business requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of user stories and work closely with development teams during sprint planning testing and implementation phases.
- Analyze and map business processes identifying areas where technology can be leveraged to optimize performance and user experience.
- Ensure solutions are in compliance with regulatory requirements within the mobility and airline industries.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management offering strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform business decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide ongoing support and postimplementation analysis to assess the effectiveness of solutions implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on mobility or airline industries.
- Strong understanding of mobility solutions fleet management transportation logistics and customer experience in the airline industry.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques (e.g. BPMN UML).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions.
- Knowledge of airline industry regulations standards and best practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with mobility solutions like ridesharing public transportation systems or autonomous vehicles.
- Experience with airline booking systems flight operations or customer service management platforms.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP PMIPBA) is a plus.
