Job Description
Senior Performance and Load Test Analyst Sydney
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain performance and load test scripts for cloud and legacy solutions including Datawarehouse platforms using tools such as LoadRunner JMeter K6 NeoLoad and others. (Mandatory)
- Manage and test using both onpremise and cloudbased resources to simulate realworld performance scenarios and validate system behavior under load. (Mandatory)
- Report and advise on performance and load discrepancies providing insights and recommendations to project stakeholders and relevant teams. (Mandatory)
- Produce analyze and document performance and load test results for complex multitier applications identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. (Mandatory)
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the proper setup and configuration of the testing environments.
- Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for performance testing initiatives.
- Ensure that performance testing meets business and technical requirements while maintaining highquality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience executing and maintaining performance and load test scripts for both cloud and legacy systems (including Datawarehouse platforms).
- Proficiency with performance testing tools like LoadRunner JMeter K6 NeoLoad or similar.
- Strong experience managing and testing both onpremise and cloudbased environments to simulate realworld conditions.
- Ability to analyze and report on performance and load test results identifying key issues and providing actionable recommendations.
- Experience testing multitier applications for performance under heavy load identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance.
- Ability to communicate complex performancerelated issues and results clearly to project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and virtualized environments for load testing.
- Certifications in Performance Testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner JMeter NeoLoad) are preferred.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level (optional).
- Any relevant performance testing or cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
- Australian PR or full work rights to work in Australia
- Located in Sydney
