You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsibility: To develop implement and monitor comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs to ensure all products meet safety hygiene and quality standards. Oversee compliance with local regulatory requirements and international food safety requirements as well as corporate customers requirements. Monitor and evaluate raw materials inprocess production and finished products to meet company regulatory and corporate customers quality standards. Supervise train and mentor QA/QC staff to ensure proper execution of food safety and quality standards and policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions for any food safety and quality issues. Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve processes and minimize waste while maintaining product quality.
