Position: : Project Manager
Reporting to HOD
Experience Minimum 10 years of experience managing highrise projects with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Job Location: Bangalore Mysore road
Qualification: B.E. / BTech (Civil)

Key Responsibilities
-
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Oversee the execution of construction activities ensuring adherence to plans and timelines.

Team Management
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including site engineers contractors and vendors.
- Monitor performance resolve conflicts and ensure team collaboration.

Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations building codes and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues.

Risk and Issue Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve onsite issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions.

Budget and Cost Control
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular financial and progress reports to senior management.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients consultants and other stakeholders.
- Address client queries and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
