The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be passionate about bridging the gap between business and technical teams. While experience in Data Warehousing (DW) and ETL processes is advantageous the primary focus of this role is on delivering insights and solutions within the Wealth Management Investment Management and Financial Consulting domains. Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Statistics or a related field. 8 years of experience in data analysis or data warehousing. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder Collaboration: a. Collaborate with business users to define business rules and requirements. b. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. CONFIDENTIAL 2. Data Analysis: a. Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights. b. Conduct data mapping to ensure accurate integration and transformation of data across systems. 3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): a. Participate in UAT to validate data pipelines and outputs. b. Verify that KPIs and reporting metrics align with business expectations. 4. Documentation: a. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes including data definitions transformations and workflows. b. Update and manage project artifacts such as data dictionaries and metadata. Qualifications: Domain Expertise: o Familiarity with Wealth Management Investment Management and Financial Consulting domains is essential. Technical Skills: o Proficient in analyzing and interpreting large datasets. o Experience with Data Warehousing concepts o Knowledge of ETL processes (preferred). o Familiarity with data fabric and cloud databases (good to have). o Experience with BI tools for reporting and dashboard visualization (good to have). Communication Skills: o Excellent business communication skills. o Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. Soft Skills: o Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities. o Detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
