Job Title: Sr. Manager Placements and Partnerships
Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager Placements and Partnerships will lead strategic placement initiatives foster industry partnerships and ensure highquality career opportunities for students. This role demands strong leadership excellent communication and a thorough understanding of market trends to enhance employability outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive placement strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate organizations startups and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the endtoend placement process including internship and fulltime opportunities.
- Conduct employer engagement activities to enhance collaboration and opportunities for students.
- Organize career fairs workshops and networking events to improve student career readiness.
- Analyze market trends to align placement efforts with industry needs.
- Track placement performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align student skillsets with market demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
