Client Service Representative Job Description
The Client Servicing Representative oversees endtoend projects manages
existing clients and cultivates new business opportunities ensuring a superior
servicing experience for brand partners. They establish effective systems
supervise team members and coordinate with internal departments to drive
successful project execution and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and Managing EndtoEnd Projects from Brief to Execution.
To handle and service existing clients and generate new business from
them on an ongoing basis.
To build a strong Client Servicing Experience for brand partners with
experience attention to detail and planning.
Create effective systems and processes for Client Servicing teams.
Supervise and build Best Practices for sustained and consistent Servicing
Experience for brand partners among the team.
Project Management Team Management & building strong Client
Relations.
Coordination with Production & Sales Teams.
Onground management.
Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.
Strong presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
A customercentric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional
service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
B. Pharm bachelors degree in business administration marketing
communications or a related field is often preferred.
12 years of experience preferred.
