Job Description

Position Summary:

Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Long Island NY. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets in the medical aesthetics and healthcare technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory meeting and exceeding a $2.5M annual quota.
  • Identify prospect and engage potential clients through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize territory management.
  • Manage postsale customer relationships ensuring satisfaction and handling any issues.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams field service professionals and marketing to optimize sales strategies.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales success including recognition such as Presidents Club Rookie of the Year or other prestigious sales awards.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Science or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment in a competitive market.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships quickly with clients and industry professionals.
  • Expertise in Return on Investment (ROI) sales methodology and consultative selling strategies.
  • Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized customerfocused and resultsoriented.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
