What will you be doing
ALTEN UK is seeking a Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer to play a crucial role in shaping the future of vehicle design. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of automotive innovation working on industryleading vehicle programs from concept to production and beyond.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Define and develop fundamental vehicle layouts including dimensions mass balance and mechanical arrangement
Work crossfunctionally to ensure occupant accommodation and geometrical compatibility
Drive project delivery with excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Utilize tools such as FEDE PLM CAE CAD Auros E2KS and Digital Buck
Support program development using CATIA and ensure compliance with design standards

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Strong project and people management skills able to resolve issues with tenacity
- Atleast 3 years of Experience using CATIA
- Ability to solve complex multidimensional problems and present clear solutions
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants/configurations is a plus
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
