Job Summary:
We are looking for fresh MBA graduates to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in US IT staffing and gain handson experience in sales marketing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills eagerness to learn and a passion for working in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench candidates by identifying suitable job openings and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors clients and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Keep track of submissions interview schedules and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to source new candidates for the bench.
- Maintain an updated database of bench candidates and their availability.
- Utilize job portals (Dice Monster LinkedIn etc.) and networking platforms for marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Learn and understand the US staffing industry contract terms (C2C W2 1099) and visa classifications.
- Market bench candidates (H1B OPT CPT GC and US Citizens) to direct clients and vendors.
- Build relationships with vendors clients and implementation partners for job opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling followups and onboarding.
- Track submissions interviews and offer negotiations.
- Use job portals (Dice Monster LinkedIn etc.) to find job opportunities for bench candidates.
- Maintain an updated database of bench candidates and their availability.
Requirements:
- MBA (HR/Marketing) graduates Freshers are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn about US IT staffing recruitment and sales.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals is a plus.
