The Retail Partnerships side of the business is growing rapidly and we have some ambitious and very exciting plans for 2025 last year we launched with four premium partners in the Middle East and this year we are taking our international partnerships journey even further.
Whats the Mission
Working alongside our Retail Partnerships Manager you will be passionate about the Astrid & Miyu product and driving the brand internationally. You will have a keen eye for detail enjoy being analytical problem solving and be able to give exceptional customer service and support to our growing retailers
What does success look like
- Be responsible for all of our Retail Partnerships data including keeping our CRM database up to date inputting all of our orders and processing returns
- You will always be looking at new ways of doing things and automating processes as we grow
- You will create seasonal line sheets and picture packs according to the retailers needs to make their buying journey as smooth as possible
- Liaise with our existing retailers inclusive of key partners such as Harvey Nichols and Brown Thomas to process queries stock issues and pre order requirements
- You will collate imagery and copy in our retailers required formats
- Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely despatch of Wholesale orders
- Alongside the Retail Partnerships Manager you will review performance and look for product opportunities
- You will keep in close communication with finance to make sure invoices are raised for delivered product
- Compile all new vm kits and send out
- Assist with new and existing store training travelling across the UK to make sure the brand looks exceptional in every outlet
- Look after all new sample requests
- Assist in new and existing partnerships meetings delivering wonderful customer service
- Manage and create a system for credit notes and faulty returns
- Assist with packing of orders as required
- Support with Wholesale events & Trade Shows internationally
