The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategiest to Costa Rica Guatemala and Nicaraguato enhance brand awareness drive customer engagement and support business growth. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns managing digital and traditional marketing efforts analyzing market trends and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key responsibilities include content creation event planning social media management performance tracking and assisting in the development of marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills creativity and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
1. Property Marketing Planning: Develop customized marketing plans for each property based on business needs brand guidelines and target audiences.
2. Campaign Briefing Production: Prepare detailed briefs for marketing campaigns including key objectives target audiences messaging channels and creative assets required.
3. Support in Social Media Management: Assist in managing propertylevel social media accounts including content planning post scheduling and community engagement.
4. Campaign Monitoring Meta Ads Email Marketing Social Media: Track and monitor the performance of propertylevel campaigns across Meta Ads email marketing and social media platforms.
5. Liaison with GMs and Local Experience Lead: Serve as the key point of contact between the marketing team and property General Managers (GMs) as well as local Experience Leads.
6. Reporting to the LatAm Marketing Director: Provide regular updates to the LatAm Marketing Director on campaign performance key challenges and opportunities for growth.
