Job Description

Industrial Engineering Support:
Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles
Perform Time Study and Line Balancing Elemental breakdown Video Time study All Processes (Stations & Operator) VA/NVA/RNVA analysis Develop Current State Line Balancing Muri Analysis
Develop Value Stream Mapping Current State VSM Identify bottlenecks wastes and inefficiencies Capacity analysis and Current baselining Future State VSM Current state vs Future state
Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 123 improvement suggestions report and roadmap
Develop/ rewrite Standard work instructions Video work instructions
Development of PFMEA and other process documentations
Analysis of Root Cause for the quality failures defects downtimes etc. and support in corrective action & Kaizen / improvement identification with detailed implementation plan
Support in Fixture design as per requirements
Material management support
Develop and manage the overall timeline cost and risks
Track progress and alignment to Program objectives
Coordinate with Taylor Company stakeholders of Plant Manufacturing Quality Materials Procurement Engineering HR Facility departments as per need
Coordinate with LTTS team and External Vendors
Program Governance and Status reporting

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in industrial Manufacturing Engineering
