Job Description
Hey there! We are Simply Green a leader in the cannabis industry across Europe and were on the lookout for a passionate Customer Service Agent to join our growing team!
Based in Almere were a dynamic company making waves in the wholesale import and export scene. With a dedicated team of professionals were committed to setting the standard in our field. Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information order status and shipping details.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system accurately.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferably in the wholesale or import/export industry.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with cannabisrelated products and regulations is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary 28000 to 33000 depending on experience.
- 20 days holiday plus public holidays plus accrue an extra day per year up to five.
