Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an Occupational Therapist Inpatient Acute Care. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Phoenix AZ 85016
Assignment Start Date: 2/3/2025
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population neonate to adolescent including evaluation and treatment in independent living sensorymotor integration and cognitive and psychosocial skills.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- 1 year Pediatrics work experience (school experience will not be considered)
- Ortho neuro and developmental pediatric experience preferred
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) before the start date
- State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license before start date
- Current AZ Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card before the start date
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association before the start date
EMR System: Experience preferred
Shift: 08:00 16:30 MF Some shifts may be shorter
Vaccinations: COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved to start. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
