Job Description:
A Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining security measures for cloudbased systems and infrastructure. This professional ensures the confidentiality integrity and availability of data and applications in cloud environments. They work closely with development teams to integrate security throughout the cloud adoption and application development lifecycle.
Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
Indepth knowledge of cloud security architectures and best practices
Proficiency in implementing and managing cloudnative security tools and services
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python PowerShell Bash)
Experience with identity and access management in cloud environments
Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to cloud computing (e.g. SOC 2 ISO 27001 HIPAA)
Ability to perform security assessments and risk analysis of cloud architectures
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Language Requirement:
Strong English language abilities at a minimum of EFSET C1 level
Required Certifications:
AWS Certified Security Specialty Azure Security Engineer Associate or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
Optional Certifications:
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
CompTIA Cloud
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
