General Summary
Lead and drive strategic planning and operational excellence across a broad range of responsibilities including fiscal year planning regular operational reviews team culture development staff communications and management processes. Organize and execute all staff and leadership meetings ensuring they are thoughtfully structured impactful and aligned with the organizations priorities. Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team providing guidance on operational efficiency resource management fiscal planning and group strategy. Direct report to the Senior Vice President Chief Philanthropy Officer Senior Associate Dean.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

Leadership Support
- Provide strategic support to the Executive Team (e.g. SVP VP AD) ensuring alignment with the organizations mission vision and values.
- Act as a key liaison between Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders to foster collaboration across departments and campuswide entities with focus on the areas of leadershipdriven initiatives prospect development database integrity and organizational performance frameworks.
- Liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to enhance engagement around philanthropic initiatives.
- Anticipate the needs of the Executive Team providing updates on project progress and proactively removing roadblocks to maintain momentum.
- Ensure timely involvement of the Executive Team in key decisionmaking processes where their leadership and authority are essential.
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for staff workshops retreats conferences and organizationwide meetings.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and key information for the Executive team to facilitate efficient decision making.
- Support the Executive Team in fostering a culture of high performance accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Executive Team to set key performance indicators to measure and improve department performance. Identify areas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations to improve service delivery to the Dean and President/CEO.
- Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic and operational work plans that advance departmental goals while identifying and mitigating potential risks in collaboration with Executive Team.
- Monitor project progress provide leadership updates and recommend adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure that staff meetings retreats and leadership convenings are structured for maximum impact fostering clarity alignment and shared purpose.
CrossTeam Collaboration
- Drive collaboration with all campuswide partners identifying areas where alignment can enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes .
- Serve as a connector ensuring that departmental initiatives integrate with broader institutional priorities and that teams work cohesively toward shared goals.
Operational Efficiency
- Develop and oversee operational workplans that enhance efficiency and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee and evaluate project management systems to ensure they support coordination accountability and execution making refinements as needed Prepare and analyze reports presentations and data insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the effort to unify systems and structures and identify the best platforms to improve internal workflows optimizing organizational performance and responsiveness

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Lead the development and structuring of the prospect management data analytics and business intelligence team defining its vision strategy and operational framework.
- Build an information systems structure to support the unique technology needs of the twoorganization team.
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure the delivery of actionable insights that support organizational goals.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to provide insights that support decisionmaking and drive continuous improvements.
- Oversee the preparation of executive reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas requiring attention.
- Lead the creation and analysis of performance metrics across the organization to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the Executive Team operations.
Project Management
- Lead and oversee critical projects ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are delivered on time.
- Manage special projects assigned by the Executive Team coordinating crossfunctional efforts and tracking progress against key milestones.
- Facilitate productive meetings leadership sessions and both virtual and inperson meetings with wellprioritized agendas that align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage incoming requests for data information and meetings ensuring efficient organization and responsiveness.

Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Nonprofit Management or a related field.
- 10 years progressively responsible experience in a strategic and operational role within a midsized nonprofit organization.
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing strategic initiatives at an enterprise level.
- 5 years progressively responsible leadership experience in roles preferably within philanthropy healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
Education and Experience (Preferred)
- Masters degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Nonprofit Management or a related field.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to supervise and provide mentorship to select team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment as the team structure evolves.
- Advanced knowledge of fundraising strategies donor relations and philanthropic operations within a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
- Exceptional ability to articulate vision engage stakeholders and deliver compelling reports proposals and presentations.
- Advanced skill structuring and leading highimpact meetings synthesizing complex information and enabling datadriven decisions.
- Advanced skill in budgeting financial reporting and leveraging data insights to drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Advanced skill using fundraising focused CRMs and platforms (e.g. Raisers Edge etc.).
- Proven history in leading complex programs/project successfully through ideation planning and execution.
- Advanced leadership skills including situational awareness conflict resolution establishing alignment and clear direction and driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully motivate and inspire team members to high performance levels.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively prioritizing requests workload and establishing a goaloriented work environment with clear and concise work procedures and productivity metrics.
